Business Requirements

The Trenz Tool serves as the communication channel between the attorneys at Trenz and the respective bank. To support this, the web application offers various contact, case, and administration options, allowing the corresponding cases, including their current processing status, to be assigned accordingly.

Various filtering and sorting levels allow relevant data to be viewed effectively and processed quickly. Direct communication with the respective bank can take place via email from within the application.
