The Hotline Group received targeted .NET project coaching from DEVWARE, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and WCF workshops as well as a structured code review. The goal was knowledge transfer for an internal project. The result: faster implementation, higher code quality, and sustainable skill-building within the team.
The Hotline Group has been based in Sonthofen in the Oberallgäu region for over 25 years. This mid-sized company develops software solutions for the hospitality and gastronomy sector. The Hotline Group also operates a second business pillar in the area of network solutions.
Since the Hotline Group had little prior experience with .NET development, foundational knowledge needed to be conveyed. This was carried out by a long-standing instructor from DEVWARE GmbH.
At the time, the need for expertise was primarily meant to support an upcoming internal project. For this reason, both theoretical and practical components were included as part of the chosen project coaching.
Thanks to the SoftTec code review as part of the .NET project coaching case, along with the accompanying workshops, the internal project was completed faster and more effectively.
